I want to say that ADS is the best to work with. Garry was great and very easy to deal with. The installation of our business fire alarm with monitoring was simple and professionaly and the installer left our building as he found it. The installer was easy to work with and was a great gentleman. Again I highly recommend ADS for your needs.

Comment: I had problems with my system not communicating. I called and immediately was scheduled to have a tech to come out and check. The tech was timely in his arrival, was professional and explained the problem, so that I, a tech. idiot, understood. I was very satisfied with his visit. We have been with you since 1989. Thank you ASD

Billy and everyone at American Security was very easy to deal with. They were great at explaining all of my options to this first time business owner. Additionally they are very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend!

Mark Bean and ASD security are great folks and very efficient. I can't recommend enough their services especially Mark who goes above and beyond to help his customers.

Comment: I\'ve been with ASD for over 30 years for good reason - when I need support, they\'re here. There was a challenging issue with an install at my house probably due to old wiring, so they brought out 3 people to solve the problem. Great stuff.

First time I ever dealt with an alarm company that treated me with respect and understanding. Billy took the time to work with me on troubleshooting my system and was very helpful. I highly recommend American Security system.

Comment: Mark Bean did a great job setting up my home security system. My system wasn\'t the latest technology but Mark knew the old, and the new, and promptly did what was needed to make my system operational. I recommend ASD to anyone setting up a home security system. I particularly recommend ASD to anyone in the Las Colinas Association who want to have their alarms monitored by the Las Colinas Patrol.

The owner was absolutely amazing! Came out almost immediately and resolved our issue at no cost. Highly recommend this company.

We used American Security Devices to replace an old residential security system. The process was simple. I really appreciated our technician Mark’s advice about how to deal with complications specific to our system. Price was great, installation was efficient.
